In a recent blog post I wrote about Trump moving (abandoning?) away from Ukraine as Europe’s Sputnik moment. Germany and France, the two biggest economies in Europe, no longer believe that the United States can be counted on to defend Europe so it’s now imperative they take far more control of their own destiny and not put Europe’s fate in the hands of the United States.

Last week I attended our National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) conference in Las Vegas along with a number of my CWS colleagues. It’s amazing how it has grown over the years. One person said he was told there were 7,700 people attending.

As the construction of The TenniSphere progressed, my vision for the possibilities expanded greatly. I came to believe that TheTenniSphere could be a magnet for top players. This belief only grew stronger after The Eleven ( the name of the court) was finished and put into action.
